These terms govern your use of Peekaboo, a 1-on-1 video calling service operated by Bojana Ivanovska ("we", "us"), an individual seller based in North Macedonia. When you use Peekaboo, you are contracting with Bojana Ivanovska.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or continuing to use Peekaboo, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be of legal age in your country, or have authority to bind the organisation you represent.

2. The service

Peekaboo lets you hold private video calls with one other person and chat during the call. Calls use credits: one credit is used per minute you spend in a call. Credits can be earned through rewards (a sign-up bonus and daily check-ins) or bought in packs. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred and are not redeemable for money.

3. Your account

Keep your sign-in details confidential and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account.

4. Acceptable use

Peekaboo is for adults only: you must be 18 or older to use it. You must not misuse Peekaboo, including by:

• nudity, sexual content or sexual services on calls, chat or profiles;
• contacting, or pretending to be, anyone under 18;
• using it for unlawful purposes, harassment, or recording others without consent;
• fraud, spam or impersonation;
• infringing anyone's intellectual property;
• interfering with security — distributing malware, probing, scraping or circumventing technical limits.

You can report or block anyone from their profile or during a call. Bojana Ivanovska reviews reports and may suspend accounts, remove credits or cash earned through rule-breaking, and report illegal content to the authorities.

5. Intellectual property

We retain all rights in Peekaboo, including its software, documentation and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service. You may not reverse engineer, resell or redistribute it.

6. Payments

Credit packs are one-time purchases priced in US dollars, with applicable taxes calculated at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Stripe, which may handle tax, fraud prevention, disputes and receipts for your order. Credits do not expire and have no cash value. See also our Refund Policy.

7. Service level

We do not guarantee that Peekaboo will be uninterrupted or error-free. Call quality depends on your network and device. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" without implied warranties.

8. Liability

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. When your account ends, your data is deleted as described in our Privacy Notice.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of North Macedonia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
